I was excited to try Cobs and I expressed to the staff that I hadn't been to Cobs before, but that their bakery came highly recommended by a friend. As I began to browse, none of the staff seemed to care to explain any of their products to me or talk me through their items. Next I asked if they carried bagels and one of the ladies looked at me, said no, and then turned and walked away. The store had no other customers at the time. I quickly bought some products with my fiancé and then left. Though their pastry could be great, their service could use some work. I definitely left feeling like I didn't want to come back to this unwelcoming environment. |
