We decided to go with Sunny Beach Pools because someone I work with recommended them and we were not disappointed. Rob was very up front and easy to deal with, he's a straight shooter and a no BS kind of guy which I like when spending that kind of money. Because of his work load he can be hard to get a hold of at times but he is very flexible with his hours and does everything he can to work around my schedule. Myself and my family are extremely happy with the final product and look forward to the many years of fun we're going to have in our new pool. I would recommend anyone looking to have a pool installed go with Sunny Beach.
Name: steve hodges Rating: 5 Date: 2017-05-26 Review: When we were deciding on which pool company to go with I did extensive research. In the end we went with Sunny Beach and we couldn't be happier. The fibreglass product is indeed superior to anything else on the market. The maintenance required is almost nil which gives a lot more pool enjoyment time. I've been in the construction business for 20+ years and was definitely impressed with the installation process. Everything that wasn't ending up perfect was started over and worked on until it was. Robert has explained everything and showed me how to do everything including the openings and closings of the season even though it could cost him my business by me doing it myself. I would encourage anyone who is trying to decide on a pool company to go with Robert and Sunny Beach Pools.

We had no clue about pools and took the time to walk us through all the processes that it required in owing and maintaining a pool. Any deficiencies that was associated with the pool he dealt with it with excellence. To me he is my pool guy.
Name: Les Koch Rating: 5 Date: 2017-05-23 Review: Called Sunny Beach Pools on a holiday long weekend after my pool pump seized, I was very surprised when the owner Rob answered and was more then willing to install a new one that same day. He was professional, polite, and the work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them and am all ready looking at updating the filtration system.
Name: Allen Stephen Rating: 4 Date: 2017-05-15 Review: Rob knows his pools! He thought through our install very thoroughly to make sure there were no issues (position/location, gas lines, pool shed, lights, fireflies, etc.). He's also taken good care of us after the install. For those reviews that are complaining about Rob, obviously these people did not get involved with the project as much as they should have. This is a very large investment, so you should be involved in every detail and if you're willing to do that, Rob is willing to take a text at any day of the week. Rob will be the first to tell you that he's not the most organized, but we liked that he's upfront about that and he makes up for that with his willingness to take a text or phone call whenever to dicuss the project and to discuss timing. Last thing to say - we are very happy with our pool. Its been a year and we have abosultely no complaints on the looks or operation of the pool. Attention to detail is very high. Thanks Rob.
