A pest inspection came through my apartment building recently solely looking for bed bugs. I have been receiving bites since moving into this newly built building and had yet to find any bed bugs prior to there inspection. After they inspected with there dog there results were negative for any bugs. Considering the stress I’ve endured with bug bites and extreme allergic reaction, this news was both comforting and concerning. What had been biting me? Fortunately a week or so after there inspection I had found my first bed bug in my residence. (Sad existence when a bed bug finding is relief). After notifying the building manager they then had eco pest return for a second inspection and wouldn’t you know it they found “signs” of an early infestation. Was the dog broken before? Or did the two ecopest inspectors half ass there job because they assumed there was nothing. After notifiying me of there findings the second go around, they confirmed to me that the signs were solely in the room where I found the initial bed bug and every other room was clear. As a precaution I have been staying away from my home due to the severe reaction aforementioned; but apon returning after a week of absence I had found three more bedbugs all in a separate area. Now I eagerly wait for there treatment of the unit knowing it’s scheduled nearly two weeks after inspection. My main concern now is; will this company actually spray and treat my unit as procedural as they should? Will I have returning bedbugs after there treatment? I guess my rating on this company will stay until a result is provided, because as far as I’m concerned they have done nothing to prove to me there worth. I found a bed bug they came in pointed to the bed bug in the jar and agreed there’s bed bugs then moments of shuffling around in living quarters un monitored I’m notified of there potential infestation? Give me a break |
