I was a little skeptical about working with a nutritionist because I didn't really understand the value that they bring. Christal provided me with more ammunition to kick my unhealthy lifestyle than I could have imagined! She totally exceeded my expectations.
She gave me specific meal plans to incorporate healthy living into MY busy lifestyle and to be honest it was easy! I didn't know where to start but Christal took care of it for me! Now I make my own meal plans because she taught me how.
Because of her and her guidance, I've lost 8 1/2" to date - not to mention I make healthier choices every day!
She explained everything in detail and was my constant cheerleader along the way. AND! The food was exceptional and ALL of her recipes! Healthy food CAN be tasty - I'm converted!
