The employee never informed me that there was a 3 bouquet deal and I ended up paying 12 dollars for 2 plain balloons. I felt like as a customer service employee he could of put more effort. There was nobody in the store so I don't see how he couldn't of given me his full attention. I brought it right home as the Birthday dinner is tonight. I left for 2 hours and came back to see that one balloon is entirely deflated. The store closes at 5pm and now I'm left with an uneven amount of balloons. I am very dissapointed. |
