He reviewed my current policy and emailed me a very comparable quote which was then followed up with what ended up being a very refreshing phone call. Review: I have cancelled my policy with this branch due to a shouting match with the branch owner. After 4 years of dealing with this branch the service became unbearable. I requested an annual policy for 2+ YEARS. No one seemed to want to correct the policy so I cancelled all my car policies. I have 5 other policies with a co-operators location in Ontario and have had a long and pleasant (20 + years) relationship with my broker. I am in Alberta every other week so need a car when in town as I dislike renting. I was so appalled at the way I was treated that I cancelled on the spot. I tried 8 documented times over 2+ years to have a simple request attended to. I was forced to go to another company, one where I will be treated as a valued customer.
