The whole experience was quite disappointing. The girl that was doing my lashes was also responsible for answering the phone and receiving clients at the front of the salon (which is under renovations and felt very unprofessional). She got up and left while doing my lashes AT LEAST 12-14 times! She seemed very new at doing lashes and they were quite sparse and I've only had them for 4 days and more than 1/2 of them have fallen out. The whole process took over 2 hours and I left very disappointed in the results. |
