Review: I don't mind paying top dollar for good service but that's not what you get at this salon. Not only do they pressure you to buy and spend more with every visit, my nails were ruined after a few pedicures at Eveline Charles by over buffing. Every manicure that I had chipped within 48 hours, including Shellac. They quietly raised their prices every time that i visited until I was paying $100 a month for waxing. When I complained and filled out a survey asking to be contacted, no one bothered. I will take my business elsewhere. I have already found better places that charge half the price. Don't be fooled by the fancy decor, you are getting services by people who are poorly qualified and forced to up-sell the clientele.

Review: I appreciated the attention and punctuality of all staff. My manicure was basic, I opted out of polish. For the high prices attached to these services, I felt a buff and clear coat should have been offered but wasn't. The chairs are a bit old and not adjustable, which made for an uncomfortable sit for the duration of the pedicure. I also think it's high time the EC salons get foot rests for clients. Having to watch an elderly lady struggle to keep her leg up really takes away from the relaxing experience one goes to EC for. I liked my attendant ....but the others are loud and chatty- Impossible to relax. Further, far too much product pushing.

Review: Worst service ever! Still can't believe they get away with such a horrible service in service industry. They did call me with a follow up call and I have explained how unhappy I was. They assured me to have the manager call me and it's been about 3 weeks and I am still waiting. I would never recommend this place to anyone, you go for a massage to relax and get treated with good care. BLISS SPA all the way!!!
