We call an hour or more before we go to pick up and ask them "is my order all there?" they say "yes", we say "it is pulled and ready for pick up?" and they say "yes" and then when we get there we have to wait 2 hours for our stuff! This is not fair to us small business owners who don't make a lot of money per hour and have clients depending on us! |
