Carpet was not cleaned upon moving in, yet tries to take security deposit despite us cleaning the carpet when leaving. Lived 2 weeks in the cold in January when heating was broken. Could not even contact the landlord to have plumbing fixed. Big black stain was left on carpet from plumbing, no effort made to clean. Would not recommend using Robert F McLeod Realty Ltd unless you enjoy losing your money or dying during your lease. |

Took almost all of are damage deposit even tho the house was left clean with no damage, Charged 350 for cleaning which is outrageous charged us for damage that was on the initial walk through in the beginnning and when we asked to meet them for the walk through they didn't even respond. Gave us the final report on how much money we were getting back and did not agree on it so we told them we wanted to discuss it and again didn't respond and just sent it anyway. The comments above giving them 5 stars are obviously the staff cause nobody would ever give these crooks 5 stars. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else for your realty needs. |
