We lived here for 3 years and no problem with heating, ulities, water or any problems with the condo. We never had a leving or money problems with the condo board. No fixing requirement.
Cheap on heating/water/ulities fee costs too.
Our condo is 590 Sqaure Feet. WIth compare to other 1000 Square feet condo. It exactly and bigger living room, bedroom size too. Well layed out with 2 bedroom. Spacious lay lay out. Top of the line Interior and GE Appliances.
Great Property Management. They get back to you right away with phone call and emails too. Clean exterior, no garbage or debris in the parking lot. There lot of Visitor Parking spaces.
