Review: They will cut you off when you try and explain anything to them and just say too bad it's the way it is, even if you owe $50 due to late fees or for whatever reason you're payment dates get messed up they will garnish 40% of you're wage regardless of amount owing with no letter or phone call..no heads up. As if they couldn't just take what you owe extra from an upcoming payment, But no they take 40% and also they send me letters sometimes 3 times a week that say they will report me to creditors, Or suspend my licence, and that is just for owing them 50 bucks..and my payment dates were wrong for a few months but were still received in full each month. Absolutely terrible to deal with!!!

Review: I understand the need for a program like this but don't understand how it can be run so poorly. There is no investigation into claims and debtors are treated like criminals. The abuse of this system goes completely unchecked. Creditors are given free reign while debtors can't even be upset in a phone call. There is a serious need for changes in this system. Good luck to all who have to deal with this program.

Review: I am very frustrated with the "New Policies" regarding Section 7 expenses. It took 11 months to get these expenses posted to my account, then I received paperwork back saying I didn't have all my ducks in a row, had them signed for the next group of expenses, had them signed and sent back within a few days and I still yet have not seen them posted to my account. It is a year now and i am still waiting. I don't care if the court system had asked to have MEP make changes, MEP needs to address the concerns of the clients and get these expenses posted to accounts. There has GOT to be someone else to speak with regarding the delay in these expense postings. MEP tells me to not call them again because it doesn't speed anything up......really???

Review: I don't even want to give MEP 1 star. Unreal when a government run agency has no idea what is going on in your file and when you tell them you're not happy about that, they hang up on you!! What a joke! MEP, try going back to having case workers on each file instead of "no file assignment", and try hiring people with communication & listening skills....then maybe things will start to improve. Had to contact MLA office about this!! So disgusted!!
